Monday evening after the match between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore, there was a minor argument between the Indian One-day captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and constable Shivakumar of Cubbon Park Police Station.

The issue was that the drum stand of the Chennai Super Kings drummer, Sivamani fell down during a chase of few drunk people by constable Shivakumar.

Dhoni later on called Shivakumar to the dressing room and gave him his signed gloves as a gesture of apology.
